A product shell for observability, incidents, and operator access. Grafana remains the telemetry engine underneath. Stratus is the front door.

The shell is public and read-only. Operator routes still require Scheduler tailnet access and Grafana authentication.

Product Direction

Stratus is now a separate product shell. Grafana is the engine, not the product boundary. The shell now has its production domain; the remaining product work is richer data cards and authenticated operator capabilities if the shell grows beyond read-only routing.
